These terms govern your use of this MAIA marketing website. By using the site you accept them. The MAIA application itself is provided to customers under a separate written agreement.

Using this site
You may view and use this site for lawful, informational purposes, in line with our acceptable use policy. You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt it, access it other than through the interface we provide, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, the MAIA name and the Holograph name and marks are owned by Holograph Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or republish any part without our permission, except as permitted by law.
MAIA application outputs
For contracted MAIA customers, output rights are governed by the customer's written MAIA agreement. Subject to that agreement, payment of applicable fees, rights in customer-provided materials, third-party licence terms and required human review, Campaign Ideas, Final Drafts and related deck materials generated in the customer's workspace are for that customer's use, export, adaptation, approval, production handover and campaign activity. Holograph retains all rights in MAIA itself, including the software, workflows, methods, templates, generic know-how and pre-existing materials. Outputs are drafts until checked and approved by the customer.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness or availability, and nothing here is professional or contractual advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holograph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
