Privacy Policy
Holograph Ltd ("Holograph", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this MAIA marketing website and when you request a demo. Holograph is the data controller for that information.

Who we are
Holograph Ltd is registered in England and Wales (number 10228917), with its registered office at 11 High Street, Battle, East Sussex, TN33 0AE. MAIA is a product of Holograph. Our information-security and data-protection practices are maintained by in-house, GDPR-trained staff.
The data we collect
- Identity and contact data: your name, work email, company, role and any details you include when you request a demo.
- Campaign context: the brand or category and target markets you tell us about, so we can tailor the demo.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded in standard server logs.
- Preferences: your light or dark theme choice, stored locally in your browser; and a short-lived security token set as a cookie when the demo form loads.
How we use it
- To respond to and arrange your demo, and to follow up about it.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent for demo enquiries and any follow-up, and on our legitimate interests in running a secure website and responding to business enquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to enquiries, including a sub-contractor that manages our marketing email. These are summarised on our sub-processors page, and each is bound by appropriate data-protection terms.
International transfers
We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where any provider processes data elsewhere, we put appropriate safeguards in place first.
Retention
We keep demo enquiry contact details for no longer than necessary, and in any case delete them within 12 months of our last contact with you, unless we are required to keep them longer.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To exercise any right, contact our data-protection team at dpo@holograph.digital.
Security
Holograph operates an ISO/IEC 27001 certified information security management system, and personal data is processed through encrypted workflows with strict access controls. See our security overview.
