Security is built into how MAIA is developed and operated. Holograph maintains an ISO/IEC 27001 certified information security management system, and brand data is handled to the standard enterprise marketing demands.

ISO/IEC 27001 certification
Holograph is ISO/IEC 27001 certified. This independently-audited standard covers the people, processes and technology behind our work, including risk management, access control, supplier management and continual improvement of our security controls. Our practices are maintained by in-house, GDPR-trained staff.
Data protection in MAIA
- Encrypted workflows. Brand data, claims guidance, competitive intelligence and campaign materials are processed through encrypted workflows with strict access controls.
- Tenant isolation. Multi-tenant isolation ensures data from one brand is never visible to another.
- Role-based access. Brand managers, directors, legal and agency partners work within clear, scoped permissions, limited to the brands and campaigns they are authorised to see.
- Change logging. Activity is logged so teams can track how a campaign evolved and why.
The orchestration layer
MAIA is designed to avoid a single AI dependency. Different AI capabilities can sit behind one controlled workflow, with fallback when a service is unavailable.
